THE SPINNER

The Spinner is our new maximum versatility, high performance large surface area wingsuit. It is an all round powerhouse geared towards advanced pilots seeking the best possible balance between acro flying and overall performance. If you are happy flying your Strix in any orientation you can dream up and now you want more, Spinner is for you.

We created the Spinner upon feedback from the athletes in and out of the tunnel.

The Spinner has been built from the ground up with a monochamber valve that can be either opened or closed  while narrowing the upper back section of the legwing. The armwings, have a wingspan of our previous same class suits with a redesigned legwing and airlocks as standard. All this gives a level of power and control which is guaranteed to reward those qualified to fly it.

Adjustable monochamber valves allow jumpers to reduce the overall pressurization of the suit. This has 2 purposes, firstly it will help ease the transition from your previous suit whilst you get to grips with the increased surface area. Secondly it will become much easier to nail those smooth transitions and fly with smaller suits, making night and day difference when learning new acro moves or flocking with less powerful suits.

Continuous feedback from our test pilots, skydiving professionals, world champion athletes and expert level wingsuit BASE jumpers has created a platform which we love.

A broad range in agility and glide, combined with excellent backflying ability, make the Spinner the all round powerhouse of wingsuit skydiving with a wide range of applications including XRW, performance flying and of course acro. Its low drag, form fitting design allows the user to fly the  suit with ease, at a wide array of speeds and angles and treat the skies as a limitless playground.

For the BASE jumpers, the Spinners versatility, ease of use, fast starts and superb flight performance make it a solid choice for wingsuit BASE, especially if you are considering acrobatic flying. If you have no intention of acro flying however, then you may also wish to consider our Meru, a suit engineered with pure mountain flying in mind. Designing and building human flight innovations is our passion and we love to cater for the individual needs of our customers. All our suits are constructed in Europe, by a small team right here at the Phoenix Fly Factory. They are made to an extremely high standard, the highest available on the market today. We use only the best materials, double stitching and quality control throughout our entire production line to bring you the suits you need.
