PHANTOM ’25

Introduced in 2005, the Phantom legacy needs no introduction. Larger than the Shadow and
with the addition of grippers, the Phantom is designed for beginners fresh off their first few
wingsuit jumps as well as the casual wingsuit pilot looking for more range whilst maintaining
stress free flight characteristics.

The addition of grippers makes Phantom the perfect choice for skydivers with aspirations of
progressing to a Strix, Omni or one of our other large suits. It is an ideal suit to learn the basics
of formation flying, backflying and acro.
It’s also a great choice for skydivers whose main focus is in other areas but want a suit to throw
on for that sunset load at the end of the day.

With the 2025 edition we have listened to feedback from our coaches and customers around the
world by dialing the Phantom back to its roots. We’ve reduced the size of the armwings and
removed airlocks as a standard feature. The result is an incredibly well balanced all rounder
with effortless flight characteristics. A tiny powerhouse.

For BASE jumpers with aspirations of wingsuiting. The Phantom has effortless exits, flight
characteristics and deployments. Until you are comfortable with the basics, a small suit and a
big wall make for a wise choice.

Whilst the Shadow is our number one recommendation for complete beginners, the Phantom is
also suitable for first flights. We recommend a minimum of 200 skydives and ground briefing
from a suitably qualified coach before putting one on. This is not a magic number and
everybody learns at different speeds. Talk to us, or to a coach if you have any doubt!

All our suits are constructed in Europe, by a small team right here at the Phoenix Fly Factory.
They are made to an extremely high standard, the highest available on the market today. We
use only the best materials, double stitching and quality control throughout our entire production
line to bring you the suits you need.
